Ray Louis (Raphael Louis) is a respected and seasoned litigator in Singapore. Ray Louis also has a strong interest in legal education. He is an adjunct lecturer with the Executive Counselling and Training Academy, where he teaches law and counselling to students pursuing a Master’s degree in Counselling awarded by Flinders University, Australia.
